These Digital Product Purchase Policies apply to digital products purchased directly through walshtbrian.com from Smart SEO Beginner LLC, referred to throughout this page as “we,” “us,” or “our.”

By completing a purchase through this website, you confirm that you have reviewed and agreed to the Terms of Purchase, Digital Product Refund Policy, License and Usage Terms, and Digital Product Support Policy contained on this page.

These policies do not exclude or limit any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

1. Terms of Purchase

Digital products

Products sold through this website are delivered electronically. No physical product will be shipped.

The contents of each purchase are those described on the applicable product page at the time of purchase. The SEO Website Migration Lite Kit currently includes an editable Microsoft Excel workbook, a quick-start guide, and any other supporting materials specifically identified on its sales page.

Software compatibility

You are responsible for confirming that you have a device and software capable of opening the purchased files.

Spreadsheet products are designed primarily for current desktop versions of Microsoft Excel. Although some content may open in other spreadsheet applications, compatibility, formatting, formulas, validation rules, or other functionality outside Microsoft Excel are not guaranteed.

Pricing and payment

Prices are displayed in US dollars unless otherwise stated. The complete price charged will be shown before you submit your order.

Payments are processed by the payment provider displayed during checkout. We do not intentionally collect or store complete payment-card numbers or your payment-provider login credentials.

Applicable taxes may be calculated or added during checkout where required.

Order acceptance

Your order is not considered complete until payment has been successfully processed and an order confirmation has been issued.

We reserve the right to cancel or review an order where payment is declined, reversed, disputed, duplicated, incomplete, or identified as potentially unauthorized or fraudulent.

Digital delivery

Download access is normally provided after successful payment through one or more of the following:

  • The order-confirmation page
  • The email address supplied during checkout
  • The purchaser’s customer account, when an account was created

You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and retaining your order confirmation. Check your spam or junk folder if the purchase email does not appear promptly.

Contact support@walshtbrian.com if payment was completed but you cannot access the purchased files.

Third-party marketplaces

Products purchased through Gumroad or another third-party marketplace are also subject to that platform’s checkout terms, payment-processing rules, refund procedures, and other applicable policies.

Product updates

Your purchase includes the product version available at the time of purchase.

We may correct errors, update instructions, revise formatting, change product features, or release new versions. Unless the product page expressly states otherwise, a purchase does not guarantee free access to every future edition, expanded product tier, add-on, or separately released product.

2. Digital Product Refund Policy

Digital products can ordinarily be accessed shortly after payment and cannot be physically returned. For that reason, purchases are generally final once download access has been supplied, except as described below or where a refund is required by applicable law.

Requests eligible for review

Contact us within 14 days of purchase when:

  • You were charged more than once for the same order.
  • Payment was completed but usable download access was not provided.
  • The delivered file is corrupted or cannot be opened and we cannot provide a working replacement.
  • The delivered product is materially different from the description presented at the time of purchase.
  • The purchase was unauthorized.
  • A refund or other remedy is required by applicable consumer law.

When reasonably possible, we will first attempt to correct an access problem, provide a replacement file, or resolve the reported defect.

Situations normally not eligible for a refund

A refund will not normally be provided solely because:

  • You changed your mind after receiving access to the product.
  • You no longer need the product.
  • You purchased the product by mistake and subsequently downloaded or accessed it.
  • You expected services, features, or materials that were not included in the product description.
  • You expected personalized consulting, implementation, customization, or technical support.
  • You do not have compatible software or equipment.
  • You did not review the product description, file requirements, included materials, or exclusions before purchasing.
  • Your website migration did not achieve a particular ranking, traffic, revenue, visibility, indexation, or business result.

How to request a refund

Send refund requests to support@walshtbrian.com and include:

  • Your full name
  • The email address used during checkout
  • Your order number
  • The name of the purchased product
  • A clear explanation of the problem or reason for the request
  • Relevant screenshots or error messages, where applicable

Do not send passwords, complete payment-card information, PayPal credentials, or other sensitive account information.

Approved refunds will be returned through the original payment method where possible. Processing times after approval are controlled by the payment provider and your financial institution.

Download access may be revoked after a refund, chargeback, payment reversal, or cancelled transaction.

Mandatory consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits a right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded. Customers in some jurisdictions may have additional rights concerning faulty, nonconforming, or materially misdescribed digital content.

3. License and Usage Terms

Your purchase provides a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the purchased product under the terms below.

The product is licensed for use. Ownership of the original template, workbook structure, written instructions, graphics, and other supplied materials is not transferred to the purchaser.

Permitted use

One purchaser may:

  • Use the product within their own business or organization.
  • Make working copies for website migration projects they personally manage.
  • Customize fields, labels, statuses, formatting, notes, and instructions for their own projects.
  • Use the product while providing professional services to clients.
  • Share a project-specific working copy with colleagues, contractors, developers, or clients directly participating in that migration.
  • Store working copies in a private project-management or document-storage system accessible only to authorized project participants.

A colleague, contractor, or client who receives a project-specific copy may use that copy only for the relevant project. Receiving a project copy does not provide an independent license to reuse, redistribute, or commercialize the blank template.

Prohibited use

You may not:

  • Resell the original product or a lightly modified version.
  • Offer the product as your own commercial template.
  • Upload the product to a public website, marketplace, membership library, template directory, or publicly accessible shared drive.
  • Give the reusable blank template to another person or organization for their independent use.
  • Rent, sublicense, redistribute, transfer, or commercially share the product.
  • Use the product as the primary basis of a competing downloadable template or digital product.
  • Distribute copies as part of a course, paid community, conference, workshop, training program, or subscription without written permission.
  • Remove copyright notices, ownership statements, or other identifying information included in the original files.
  • Represent the original structure, instructions, or supplied materials as content you independently created.

Freelancer, consultant, and agency use

Freelancers, consultants, and agencies may use the product for client projects they personally manage.

The standard license does not allow an agency or organization to place the reusable master template in a company-wide library for unrestricted use by multiple employees, departments, clients, or independent project teams.

Ownership of project data

Information, URLs, notes, and other project-specific content that you or your client enter into a working copy remain yours or your client’s, as applicable.

License termination

We may terminate this license if you materially violate these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using and distributing unauthorized copies of the product.

License termination does not limit any other remedy available under applicable law.

4. Digital Product Support Policy

A purchase includes limited product support for 14 days from the purchase date.

Included support

Standard support includes:

  • Help accessing the purchased download.
  • Replacement of missing or corrupted files.
  • Basic clarification of what an included tab, field, label, or instruction means.
  • Confirmation of the files and materials included with the order.
  • Review of apparent errors in the original supplied files.

Support not included

Standard product support does not include:

  • Personalized website-migration strategy.
  • Review of your website, crawl, migration plan, redirect map, or implementation.
  • Completing, populating, or customizing the workbook for you.
  • Redirect implementation or validation performed on your behalf.
  • WordPress, hosting, server, CDN, analytics, tag-management, or development troubleshooting.
  • Screaming Frog software support, installation assistance, or licensing support.
  • Recovery of lost traffic, rankings, revenue, visibility, or indexation.
  • Meetings, live training, or ongoing consulting.
  • Guaranteed response times, solutions, or migration outcomes.

Custom SEO, website-migration, implementation, or consulting services may be available separately and are not included in the product price.

Submitting a support request

  • Your name
  • The email address used during checkout
  • Your order number
  • The product name
  • A clear description of your question or problem
  • Screenshots or error messages where helpful

We generally aim to respond within two business days, excluding holidays, although response times are not guaranteed.

5. Product Scope and Disclaimer

Digital products sold through this website are general informational, educational, planning, and organizational resources.

The SEO Website Migration Lite Kit is intended to help users organize migration tasks, document redirect decisions, assign responsibility, coordinate launch-day checks, and record project evidence. It is not a substitute for professional judgment or project-specific technical analysis.

6. Intellectual Property

Except for the limited license expressly granted on this page, no copyright, trademark, ownership, or other intellectual-property right is transferred through a purchase.

7. Limitation of Liability
